4 Benefits of Christian Blogging
Blogging is hard but we have the opportunity to turn this difficulty into a blessing. As a Christin blogger, there are benefits that we may often forget about. Click through to read about 4 benefits of Christian blogging!
4 Reasons Why Jesus’ Resurrection is Vital to Christianity
Without Christ’s Resurrection, Jesus ministry and purpose would just be a disillusionment. Without Christ’s Resurrection, Jesus would only be seen as martyr who was greatly misunderstood. Without Christ’s Resurrection, we would just be hopeless creation, born to live and currently living to eventually die. Without Christ’s Resurrection, there would be no Gospel because the Gospel, which means “Good News” is the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Hope in Difficult Times
In difficult times like this, we may forget who God is. We may even doubt His sovereignty but today I want to encourage you with a simple truth: We can still have hope in times of uncertainty or difficulty. We can still be hopeful when we feel hopeless. With God’s help and with each other, we can overcome COVID19 and any other things that come our way. If there is anything this time has been teaching us, it is that we are a community and we are capable of more than we sometimes believe. We are capable of demonstrating the love that God invented — unconditional love.
Faith vs. Fear
Because our society, our communities, and the world are afraid. They are afraid of the unknown. But as a Believer, our faith is not in just some “higher being” or even “the man upstairs.” Our faith is rooted in Christ — the Saviour of the world. He has power that no one else can possess. He sees the past, present, and the future. He knows what lies ahead of us and what goes before us. There is nothing and no one that cannot first pass through Christ before getting to us.
Encouragement in Times of Fear
When we live in fear, it is not pleasing to Christ because perfect love casteth out fear and Jesus = Perfect Love.
Faithlessness will bring us to a place of depletion, incompletion, and unsatisfaction. Faithfulness (not in what we do) but in Whom we place it in — this case, Jesus, will result in a life of extension, completion, and satisfaction.
6 Dangers in Motherhood (Part 2)
“Are you weak? Do you need strength to get up and cook dinner? Are you tired? Moms who put their trust in the Lord have the promise of new strength and hope that will soar like eagles in their hearts… The only hope we have is a life of complete dependence upon our Father. He sees us with all-seeing eyes, understands us completely, and wants to meet us in the middle of our mess and reduce us from hopelessness. He sent us Jesus to show us the way home with hope.”
6 Dangers in Motherhood (Part 1)
Motherhood can be a delight but also a danger, if not done with caution. Consider the first three dangers mentioned in this post. “It’s the best of jobs. It’s the most difficult of jobs. It can bring you the greatest joy. It can cause the greatest pain. There is nothing as fulfilling and exhilarating. There’s nothing so depleting and exhausting. No area of your life can make you feel more like a success when everything is going well. No area of your life can make you feel more like a failure when things go wrong.” (Stormie Omartian)
Celebrating and Rejoicing When Others Succeed
You may be at a point in your life, just like I was, when it’s difficult to celebrate other’s successes. It’s hard seeing people who don’t even care for God, “succeed.” Sometimes, you may wonder if living the Christian life is even worth it. So whether you know someone who has succeeded in an area of their life or if you are working so hard and want to succeed in some area of your life, Just remember that the Bible does command us to rejoice always, rejoice evermore. Remember that you can’t succeed on your own.
Why I began my Podcast
Why I began podcasting and who God has called me to encourage.
My Dearest Daughters,
The three most important things we could ever remind our children.
Your Seeds (good or bad) Always Have Fruit
Have you ever read about someone in the Bible that did some horrible things, yet God still used them? Well, do you know why Moses and Aaron couldn’t enter the Promised Land? (Click through to find out) We all have sown some bad seeds in our lives and no doubt we or those after us will reap them. But we can all start sowing good seeds today. Today is a new day and God’s grace is sufficient. No matter how bad you think you are, God’s love and grace can overcome that.
Four Unnamed Named Wives in the Bible
In a world where marriage is becoming less encouraged and more of a burden, you as a wife can have such a great influence. Your name matters. Being a good wife matters. Even the wives in the Bible who didn’t have specific names per se are recorded for our learning. See which kind of wife you are and which one(s) you don’t want to be.
My Dearest Child,
No matter how you look, God created you and God is perfect. Therefore, He created you perfectly and with a purpose. So find your purpose in this life and fulfill it.
Making Today Matter – Part 3
The most humbling thing is for an all-powerful, all-knowing God to choose human instrumentality to carry out His purpose.
Making Today Matter – Part 2
Friend, YOU CAN MAKE TODAY MATTER; make your relationships count. Loving others and trusting those whom God has placed in your life and your child’s life is a great way to make today matter.
Making Today Matter – Part 1
Your life has a blueprint and the Architect or Engineer of that blueprint is none other than God. He created you and He is capable and able to save you from a horrible eternity spent in hell. So, just as this dear mother entrusted the blueprint of her son’s life in the Father’s hand, you too can do the same, beginning today.
